Building a Project – Duration 2 Hour(s)

Demonstrate the fundamental Customisation of tasks. Explain how to establish task timings. Describe the process of creating and customising recurring tasks and notes. Illustrate how to create and modify dependencies. Identify the process of assigning task constraints. Manage conflicts between constraints and dependencies.

Setting Up Resources and Establishing Costs – Duration 2 Hour(s)

Add information to resources using the Resource Information dialogue box. Set project start and end dates for a resource. Set work hours for a resource. Block off vacation time for a resource. Assign resources to a task. Replace resource assignments. Assign a fixed-cost resource to a task. View a project’s estimated cost. Set up resource rate changes. Provide for multiple resource rates.
