Understand the basic components of computers, such as start up, run programmes and shut down system. Control programs, windows and menu’s. Get help in Windows and in programs. Create new text documents, open an save files.

Exercises allow learners to practice in the actual application being studied.
Simulations teach learners to perform specific tasks with guided, multi-step exercises.
A glossary provides a reference for definitions of unfamiliar terms.
