The Assessment Process
The NEBOSH exam process is held four times a year (March, June, September and December).

These standard dates are set by NEBOSH. They comprise of three separate assessments:

• NGC1 – A written exam comprised of 10 short answer questions and 1 essay style question
• NGC2 – A written exam comprised of 10 short answer questions and 1 essay style question
• NCG3 – A practical assessment that is usually carried out at the candidates workplace

Each exam is marked individually. You can re-sit a failed exam, however you will need to pay the exam fee again.
Guidance and support in regards to booking and sitting your exams can be provided by NEBOSH or your provided e-Learning tutor support.

PLEASE NOTE:- Exam fees are to be paid upon booking an exam date. NEBOSH General exam fee is currently £100.
