This e-Learning awareness course is for people who are regularly working with visual display units (VDU’s) or display screen equipment (DSE).

VDU’s & DSE

The most common DSE in a workplace is a computer monitor. The terms DSE and VDU both refer to the same type of object – anything electronic that is showing a display.

The Health and Safety Display Screen Equipment Regulations are in place to promote safe use of such devices.

These display screen equipment regulations apply to all staff who use VDU’s on a regular basis as part of their work.

Employers must be aware of and target potential health and safety risks from working with VDUs – meaning employees should have good DSE training.
This course fits the needs of any organisation or invidiual who’s aim is to comply with the regulations mentioned above.

The course uses audio and visual interactive animation to deliver the training in an enjoyable and refreshing format.
