Dealing with Fire

Recognising and responding to fire, including:

What to do when fire is suspected
How to tackle a small fire

The principles of safe evacuation, including:

Evacuation procedure
Safe evacuation tips

The course has included a number of related exercises to encourage:

• Liaison with managers to engage with issues at the local level, such as the content and location of local policies and procedures
• The contextualisation of learning
